Introduction of Linear Stacker And Reclaimer
A stacker is a large machine used in bulk material handling. Its function is to pile bulk material such as coal, limestone and ores on to a stockpile.
A stacker has three basic movements: luffing, travelling, and slewing.
A reclaimer is a large machine used in bulk material handling applications. A reclaimer's function is to recover bulk material such as coal, limestone and ores from a stockpile.
Bucket wheel reclaimers use bucket wheel for removing material from the pile they are reclaiming. Scraper reclaimers use a series of scrapers on a chain to reclaim the material.
The reclaimer structure can be of a number of types, including portal and bridge. Reclaimers are named according to this type, such as "Bridge reclaimer". Portal and bridge reclaimers can both use either bucket wheels or scrapers to reclaim the product. Bridge type reclaimers blend the stacked product as it is reclaimed.

Linear luffing stacker
Linear Luffing stackers are nominally rated for capacity in tonnes per hour (tph). They normally travel on a rail between stockpiles in the stockyard. A stacker can usually move in at least two directions: horizontally along the rail and vertically by luffing (raising and lowering) its boom. Luffing of the boom minimises dust by reducing the distance that material such as coal needs to fall to the top of the stockpile. The boom is luffed upwards as the height of the stockpile increases.

Bucket Wheel Stacker and Reclaimer
Bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer(including bucket wheel reclaimer) is a large-scale loading/unloading machine for handling bulk materials continuously and efficiently in longitudinal storage. Bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer is mainly used in coal and ore stockyards of power, metallurgy, coal, building material and chemical industries.
The bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer has boom length ranging from 20 meters to 60 meters and reclaiming capacity varying from 100 tons to 10000 tons per hour.
Bridge Type Bucket Wheel Blending Reclaimer
Bridge type bucket wheel blending reclaimer is applied for blending and reclaiming bulk materials including coal, concentrate and ore fines in the fields like iron & steel industry. The bridge type bucket wheel blending reclaimer has many features such as good blending effect, better reclaiming capacity and high productivity
Bridge type bucket wheel blending reclaimer is mainly used for blending & homogenizing yards of iron and steel industry both home and abroad. Among these, the bridge type bucket wheel blending reclaimer has bridge span up to a length of 50m, and it has reclaiming capacity of up to 3300t/h.
Portal Scraper Reclaimer
Portal scraper reclaimer, one kind of portal reclaimer, is applied in longitudinal stockyards and can be operated both in indoor and outdoor. Portal scraper reclaimer has been widely used in coal mines, coal related chemical, iron ore mines and power industries. The portal scraper reclaimer can be designed with a wide range of rail gauges (spans) including 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m, 45m, 50m, 55m, 60m and 65m. A semi-portal scraper reclaimer has parapet and is usually used with a travelling tripper. A portal scraper reclaimer is used in combination with a side type stacker. The scraper reclaiming system includes single scraper system and dual scraper reclaiming system.
The portal scraper reclaimers can be designed with the rail gauges applied in the actual yard conditions. The reclaiming capacity of portal scraper reclaimer can reach 4000t/h. A new portal type side reclaimer has been developed, which realize the integration of stacking and reclaiming.

Drum Reclaimer
Drum reclaimer is applied in the operation of blending and relaiming bulk materials such as iron materials, limestone and coal in longitudinal stockyards. Drum reclaimer realizes the blending of material piles in axial and lateral direction, whose blending efficiency is better than bridge-type double-bucket wheel reclaimer.
Drum reclaimer is designed with rail span ranging from 30 meters to 50 meters and reclaiming capacities ranging from 1000 tons to 3000 tons per hour. Designing this reclaimer had many difficulties, high requirements of working accuracy and manufacturing capability. Drum reclaimer has many advantages such as good blending ability, large reclaiming capacity and high production rate.
Boom Type Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer
Boom type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer(including bucket wheel reclaimer) is a large-scale loading/unloading machine for handling bulk materials continuously and efficiently in longitudinal storage. Boom type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer is mainly used in coal and ore stockyards of power, metallurgy, coal, building material and chemical industries.
The boom type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer has boom length ranging from 20 meters to 60 meters and reclaiming capacity varying from 100 tons to 10000 tons per hour. The boom type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer has many advantages of large turning radius, high productivity, low power consumption, high automation, easy operation and convenient maintenance.

Linear Luffing and slewing stackers are nominally rated for capacity in tonnes per hour (tph). They normally travel on a rail between stockpiles in the stockyard. A stacker can usually move horizontally along the rail and vertically by luffing (raising and lowering) its boom, and also can rotate the boom. Luffing of the boom minimises dust by reducing the distance that material such as coal needs to fall to the top of the stockpile. The boom is luffed upwards as the height of the stockpile increases. Stackers can rotate the boom. This allows a single stacker to form two stockpiles, one on either side of the conveyor.

Bridge Scraper Reclaimer
Bridge type scraper reclaimer is widely used for pre-blending processing of materials such as iron powder of iron and steel plants, limestone, raw coal and clay of cement plants, and raw coal of thermal power plants. The bridge type scraper reclaimer is mainly applied in the industries of steel, construction and energy. The bridge type scraper reclaimer is developed with gauge ranging from 19m to 50m and reclaiming capacity ranging from 40t to 1955t per hour.

Travelling Tripper
Travelling tripper is the equipment for stacking and storing bulk materials such as limestone, sandstone, and raw coal in longitudinal stockyards. Travelling tripper is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building material, chemical and cement industries. The flexible funnel equipped avoids the raising dust of materials. Travelling tripper consists of extension sleeve, hoisting mechanism and traveling gear.

Side Scraper Reclaimer
Side scraper reclaimer(scraping bucket reclaimer) is a kind of versatile stockyard machine. Side scraper reclaimer is mainly used in mine, smelting, water conservancy, building material and chemical industry for reclaiming materials. Various materials can be stacked in the same stockyard and reclaiming materials from one pile to another pile can be realized, while in the other stockyard several side scraper reclaimers can be installed.
The side scraper is better with boom length ranging from 11 meters to 36 meters and reclaiming capacity ranging from 30 tons to 700 tons per hour. The side scraper reclaimer has good adaptation to materials. Especially the side scraper reclaimer has fundamentally solved the scrapping and reclaiming problem of sticky and wet materials.
