Linear stacker
Linear Luffing stackers are nominally rated for capacity in tonnes per hour (tph). They normally travel on a rail between stockpiles in the stockyard. A stacker can usually move in at least two directions: horizontally along the rail and vertically by luffing (raising and lowering) its boom. Luffing of the boom minimises dust by reducing the distance that material such as coal needs to fall to the top of the stockpile. The boom is luffed upwards as the height of the stockpile increases.

Crawler Type mobile Crushing Station
Crawler Type mobile crushing station is the full hydraulic pressure driving and tracked vehicle chassis walking mobile crushing screening equipment, which include coarse crawler type mobile crushing plant, fine crawler type mobile crushing plant and crawler type mobile screening plant etc.
With high performance, stability and reliability and elegant in design, it reaches the advanced level of international similar products. According to the different crushing process requirements, they can “crushing then grinding” or “grinding then crushing”. They can be combined into coarse crushing, fine grinding two screening system according to the actual demand. Also, they can be combined into coarse, medium and fine three crushing and screening system. We can meet the different customers' requirements maximally with high flexibility.
Grinding Mill
Ball mill is mainly used for grinding in mining (metallic minerals and non-metallic minerals), cement, refractories, chemical, power plant, aluminum, building material, glass, ceramic, steel slag and fly ash, ect. It follows more crushing and less grinding principle to save energy. The feed size to ball mill shall be smaller than 25mm, the output size can be adjusted by revising steel balls ratio.

Rotary Dryer
Rotary dryers are known as the workhorse of industrial dryers. They are able to process a wide variety of materials, and can lend a hand in nearly any industry requiring industrial drying solutions.The material inside the rotary dryer has heat exchange with the high temperature flue gas through shell rotating and material lifting by lifter.
Rotary Dryer Applications:

2. Drying Minerals & Ores: limestone, iron ore, clay, minerals etc

Bag Pulse Dust Collector / Bag Filter
Structure and Principle of Bag Pulse Dust Collector:
Dust air goes into filter space through inlet which equipped with suction valve from air flue, dust trapped on the surface of bags when dust air passes, filtered clean gas from the bag inside, goes by upper housing and lift valve, discharged into the chimney from outlet flue by draught fan, eventually enter into desulfurization tower or discharged into atmosphere.
With filter proceeding, dust layer on bag outside surface is thickening continuously, make internal and external differential pressure of the bag increasing, once achieve the predefined parameter value, PLC automatic control system will signal for offline or online ash removal, at the moment pulse valves open, outer dust breaks away from bags under the effect of injection air, falls into ash hopper, dust in ash hopper will be discharged through conveying system.
The whole filter system is controlled by PLC operating instrument, this system can be controlled by automatic, timing, constant pressure or manual. DML system of power plant dust collector is with built-in bypass system, convenient service and maintenance.
Bag pulse dust collector widely used in electric power, steel, building material, kiln, and chemical industries which need to deal with large air volume, high temperature, poor working condition, can be used in various complex conditions according to the bag type selection.
Circular stacker and reclaimer
Circular stacker and reclaimer: Stacker-reclaimer at the round storage yard top stacking side adopts the taper-shell type stacking process and side type scraper reclaiming process to carry out the stacking and reclaiming work. At present, it is widely applied in various material storage yards with low blending requirements. This kind of equipment can be divided into the counter weight type and gantry frame type as per the difference of supporting mode of the reclaimer.
It is mainly suitable for the storage yards used for the bulk materials including coal, ore, etc.

Rotary kiln
Rotary Kiln belongs to building material equipment, according to different materials, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln. Cement kiln is used for making cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement clinker. Metallurgy chemical kiln is widely used for magnetic roasting of poor iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome and nickel in the steel factory; backing high-alumina mine in the refractory material factory; baking chamotte and alumina in the aluminum factory and baking chrome ore and chrome powder in the chemical plant. The Lime Kiln is used for roasting active lime in steel works and ferroalloy plants and light roasting dolomite.
Rotary kiln refers to rotary calcining kiln, mainly used for calcining calcium aluminate, limestone, bauxite, kaolin clay etc, which is widely used in the fields of building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection, etc.
